Tadashi is a French trained chef. He came to London in 2005 as a chef, prior to arrival in the UK, he had been working at hotels and restaurants in San Francisco, Los Angeles, NYC in the US and Osaka, Japan including few Michelin star and Relais&Cháteaux establishments such as Jardinière, L'Orangerie, Wallsé and Lumiére.
In the UK, he worked for Jerome Tauvron at L'Etranger restaurant where he had learned many Japanese and other Asian-influenced cookeries. He has worked for him for 6 years.
He also worked at Angelus restaurant as a sous chef before establishing himself as a personal chef.
